I drove from out of State after conversing with 3 dealerships before coming. Hands down, Mike is beyond thee BEST Salesperson I’ve ever encountered anywhere dealing with buying any vehicle in my life!! Being in Sales myself; Customer Service to me is crucial and his skills are superb!! Not pushy, extremely personable, quick fast & efficient and LISTENS to what his Customers want to the T! He’ll have mine & my family’s business as long as he’s there! Finding someone who genuinely cares is rare; Mike is your guy! I guarantee you will NOT be disappointed! Thank you so much Mike for the phenomenal experience of buying my dream car!!! Also! The Finance Manager is a ROCKSTAR as well! All around absolutely amazing experience & Customer Service!

I contacted Autohaus and worked with sales associate Kevin Abraham. Kevin responded to all my question immediately and was a pleasure to work with without any of the high pressure sales tactic I was expecting. I also enjoyed working with Damian Galvin in the finance office. Gavin was polite, professional and down to earth. Both Kevin and Gavin made me feel welcome and I left feeling wonderful about the experience and thrilled about my new car!

This was the first service for my SUV, so it was a test of the dealer's service - and they failed. They were asked to do a simple ('A') service and attend to two small issues. They did the 'A' service - a glorified oil change for $285 but...n* They charged extra for adding windshield fluid. Hard to do as I filled it just before bringing the car in.n* They charged $16 extra for a fuel treatment. Trust me, I know a lot about those and they do more harm than good, so I would have said NO had they asked - but they didn't.n* The service writer wrote up an electric issue as an air conditioning problem, causing a delay.n* They didn't do anything for the second issue at all.n* They charged more for the basic service than promised.n* They suggested I spend another $100 to replace windshield wipers that are 4000 miles old on a car that spends 90+% of its time in a climate controlled garage.nBottom line. I'll take my vehicle elsewhere for service in the future. And, if I can't get my vehicle serviced where I bought it, there are other dealers to buy from.nUpdate: Gave them a second try, now for a B service. Different service writer. Still dishonest. No more chances. Lowering rating from 2 stars to 1.

I worked with Kevin Abraham at Autohaus on Edens. He was very courteous, professional and very responsive. He made the car buying process extremely easy and pleasant (which is not what most people associate with car buying). I look forward to doing more business with Kevin in the future.

By far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Alex G was very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful throughout the process. As well as the Finance dept, Gavin was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, made the purchase as easy as possible.nThey have earned lifelong clients.
