Took way longer to complete the sale than they said it would.
Selling my CarMax was the best experience of buying or selling a car I have ever had.nnSince I've had so many bad experiences in buying and selling cars, I kept waiting to be disappointed. CarMax never disappointed. I see why they are the #1 Car Dealer in the World!nnI didn't even think of coming to CarMax to sell my car. I brought my car into another dealer to get a Trade-In Price, but the Manager wasn't able to offer me a competitive price. I am am grateful he was willing to share this information, He told me to get a Quote from CarMax.nnI have now told many friends & family to visit CarMax to at least get an Offer for their car before going to Trade-In their car. I am sure many will just stay and buy a car their since the Experience is GREAT!!!
I was treated courteously and respectfully. Very organized procedure. Received a price for car that was on the high end of the Kelly Blue Book value and $4K more than a dealer was willing to give. The whole deal was done within an hour’s time. All in all a very pleasurable experience.
Great experience. Simple easy and so timely. Got a great price fir my car. Everyone was extremely friendly. No hassle. Was given an offer within 20 mins had my check in the next 30.
They bought my van in less than hour and a half and a very good price too. I don't think I have ever experienced anything like that before. Great deal and professional and friendly staff. Thank you
