Words can’t describe how pleased I was with this place. I recently purchased a countryman from another dealership. I started to notice after a couple of weeks my Cooper started to act up. Come to find out that the dealer ship I bought my countryman from. Did not inspect my vehicle as they said they did. I then brought my countryman to mini of Glencoe. And without hesitation they went above and beyond to help me fix my vehicle. Justin who is the service writer there, stood by and helped me every step of the way. Justin’s work ethic is amazing along with everyone at the dealership. The fact that I didn’t purchase the vehicle from them. And Justin treated me as if I did purchase it from them. This is how a dealership should be, if I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. This place is amazing, thank you Justin and your team.

Superb service and treatment from the staff at Mini of Glencoe. Ryan went above and beyond to answer my questions and was extremely patient & helpful throughout the entire process. John sent me a thorough and detailed video inspection report which I found super helpful and informative. Huge thanks to all for taking care of my concerns & repairs.

We purchased a used Lexus from Mini of Glencoe and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Ralph did a terrific job of answering all of our questions and making the purchasing of the vehicle seamless and haggle-free. Jay, the manager, came in to make sure we were satisfied with the purchase and answered some additional questions we had. Unfortunately, we had a few minor issues come up with the car within a few days. Ralph, Jay and the Fields parent company were extremely responsive and accommodating. We were able to bring the car to Fields Lexus in Glenview and Anthony (the Service Manager) and staff were very cordialnand attentive and within a few days all of the issues were resolved and we are enjoying our new, well cared for, used car. We would highly recommend purchasing any vehicles from the Fields group. Thank you Ralph, Jay and Anthony for a great car buying experience!
