This dealership is phenomenal! I was helped out by George, he presented himself very well, very professional, and down to earth. The other employees were friendly and made me feel comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and pleasant, I would definitely recommend Fields Volvo to a friend.
I came in to have the tires checked after the low air warning came on. I was immediately taken care of. One tire lost air within the next 2 hours so I knew the tire had to be replaced. I left the car at Fields. The next day I was informed that the car was ready. Everything was checked to make sure I got the car back in perfect condition. Fields is a pleasure to deal with.
I had a choice of brands for a new vehicle. Fields Volvo Northfield's unmatched service, honest salesperson, and convenient location made the difference. I sacrificed a little on vehicle appearance, as other brands can be more attractive but we fixed that with the rim selection, in order to get the service and sales relationship that matters far more once you leave the dealership with your vehicle. Well done Fields!
Test drove a used car and really liked it. I submitted my offer and was waiting for a counter offer and instead received an email stating we are to far off on the numbers and for this they sorry they can’t earn my business. In my opinion used car manager Michael Hatch is arrogant and lazy to earn my business. Michael Hatch your job first and foremost is work to earn the business of every customer that enters that establishment. After three good attempts of counteroffers I would gladly accept your decision.
Best car buying experience hands down. George is exactly the kind salesman that you want helping you make a large purchase. Mike is equally a manager you want to deal with.
