Christopher Goodrich was the nicest, most understanding person I have EVER met at a DEALERSHIP. The definition of FRIENDLY customer service. He made it very easy for me to talk to him and did not pressure me into making any decisions on the care of my vehicle. He took excellent care of my car and has made me feel so at ease every time I have been here. This dealership is about 3.5 hours away from me, but I would not take my car anywhere else or buy a new one from anywhere else moving forward!
We found the perfect car for me. It’s a BMW 330I X Drive (2019) with only 11,000 miles. Adam was an excellent salesman and gave us excellent service. Everyone there was so nice. I’ve been driving a 328xi for 13 years and they’ve always done great service. Thanks
Wow! The most amazing customer service I’ve ever encountered. Laura was a delight to speak with over the phone and even better in person. Anibal, Brandon and Jerry were top notch. I now understand why BMW owners only deal with BMW dealerships for service. They made sure we had a loaner while our car needed the recall issues fixed and when another issue occurred they didn’t hesitate to let us keep the loaner. Thank you so much for everything! You truly blessed us and we are grateful.
Excellent service to my mom's BMW. The passenger side airbag was replaced and had an oil change. Chris Goodrich, my service advisor, was awesome. He gave me detailed explanation of work to be done and followed up, explaining other minor issues with car. I look forward to going back there for further service. I highly recommend this BMW dealership for any service needed to your BMW vehicle.
Brandon was very helpful. Needed a rental car and he took care of all the logistics. I have a 2013 so there was some major engine issues. Thank God the majority of it was taken care of by the warranty. Brandon took extra days to make sure the car was operating correctly.nAnibal also reached out a few time. great Service.
