Everyone here is very rude. And when I say everyone I mean everyone. I called multiple times trying to figure something out with my trip. I was courteous on the phone, as I always am since I have worked as customer service for many years. Instead of answering my one question they kept hanging up on me. Every person literally hung up the phone. When I asked for a manager they either out right lied and said they were and/or hung up on me.... These ppl are the MOST unprofessional I have come across. If they cannot help, they could at least courteously let you know and say good bye. Not just hang up. I literally had one person say this is not customer service..... When you work anywhere that you have to interact with ppl it IS customer service.

This is not united airlines, they were able to confirm my flight information then hung up on me. I hope this doesn’t come back to bite me...
