Could be cleaner. Service by the front desk clerk (some of them) is good. Overall I would recommend this place
This place is essentially a dump and there were 3 people there in the lobby on the slot machines all of which had ankle monitors on!! Definitely do not recommend!! I doesn't look anything like it did online. I got my money back and went to Hammond for a much better hotel!!
It's not the mstar anymore it's the knights inn and they are owned by the same people that own the hotel directly next door. A couple problems with this hotel. The staff lives there which wouldn't be a big deal if they didn't have a odor that lingers they also lurk by your door. I threw my brother a party for his birthday which is also nye I was told it wouldn't be a problem I just had to pay a deposit and not have traffic in and out. Towards 2am there was a disturbance down the hall on our floor the police officer that came to our room was already agitated and began to put guest out saying we weren't authorized to have a party. I tried to tell him I had talked to the owner and she was fine he then threatened to have us escorted off the property. Another officer we went to school with told him we wasn't the disturbance and he still gave us grief. The next morning someone called then knocked on our door at 9am talking about checking out despite us having book the room for 2 days with late check out. Overall they are unprofessional.
This hotel charged me for a dirty room and never refunded me my money.
