I wish no stars was available. I set an appointment and was charged a booking fee. Two hours before my appointment she tried to reschedule but I couldn’t I had prior arrangements. I was told I would receive a refund back and I’ve been waiting since Friday today is Monday. Now she won’t even respond to my calls or texts. Very unprofessional to me. I will never patronize this business.
