Thank You! I cannot express the gratitude I feel for the services given my family and I during the passing of our brother Sammie. I was skeptical at first because of how accommodating Mr Higgins was. Little did I know that it would be the best experience for our family. To know we chose the best funeral director, affordable, kind, professional and patient. My experience confirmed that we all have angels and Heavenly Angels and Mr Higgins were a true God sent and for that I am forever grateful.
Be careful and make sure to try and take a family member or friend with you to make funeral arrangements for your love ones that are not in such a vulnerable state because these people see you coming. We were charged an additional $1200.00 for finance charges when there was no need to be financed. My sister asked Jimmy one of the funeral Directors why were we being charged a finance fee and his response was that that's was the normal process. They did not have to wait to be paid; the policy was handed to them and the insurance company forwarded them their payment within a few days. We questioned other funeral directors about this process and they stated that had never heard of this extra charge before. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
Our family is so thankful to Jimmy and his staff. They were generous with their support and kindness. They treated us with dignity and navigated us through the process. They also offered suggestions to help us make informed decisions. They went over and above what we expected and we were completely satisfied with the service they provided for our brother. The obituary and acknowledgement card was stunning. They offer a top of the line full service.
Heavenly Angel's and staff are awesome. In the past 3 years I lost 2 sisters and Jimmie Higgins came through for our family. Great pricing, great service and awesome customer service. Thank you Heavenly Angel's for making our family a part of your family.
Jimmy Higgins and his mother was a true blessing to our family.. My brother was very sick for a long time to were he wasn't looking like himself anymore.. Mr. Higgins done an outstanding job of making my brother look the way he always looked before his sickness. You couldn't tell that he had been sick.nTo see how great they done on my brother took the sadness away from me.. Mr. Higgins went all out for my family.
