I asked these guys for help getting inside my house after I locked myself out in the middle of the night. It was freezing and my wife was there! I live literally 3 steps away. They were reluctant to help, even after ordering with 311 #. Seems to me the fire department along with several other leading authorities forgot they’re representatives for the law, sworn to protect and serve. I mean that’s the very least anyone can do. If they think putting a fire out every time someone calls is serving and protecting, no wonder why Chicago is in the state it’s in. Where are the leaders?
