Not pleased. I rented a 2021 Chevy equinox 3/19-3/29 and an hour into the rental realized none of the USB ports worked and the radio cut off every 10-15 minutes. I had a 12 hour road trip and a 10 day rental. Upon returning the car I was told I would be compensated but no one has been able to tell me how much so far. No apologies from management and takes forever to get someone on the line at that location

This place is a job and there call center is useless!! I reserve a car and never received a call to tell me they had no cars whatsoever for me after I had to get a ride up there. After this I called the number to get this figured out they quote me on another place at double the price that I had already reserved the truck under! How does a company run like this. Take your business elsewhere unless you like to get screwed.

I like the car I was i was given to drive in the options I had to choice from. The only thing that rubs me the wrong way is the 200 dollar deposit you have to put down. I also didn't receive a receipt after returning the car and had to call them the following day to get one. I had to explain that I had already return the car and was suppose to be emailed a receipt the same day. The process to get to your deposit back won't start until they start the process to send it back to your bank and it is a 3 to 5 day processing them. Other than that it was a good experience and I would use them again now that I understand how it works.

Used this car rental company at the request of my auto insurance company who refers customers to them. I was given a rental for over a week at 35 dollars a day. But weeks after returning the rental our credit card statement came in the mail showing an unsuspected $117.00 charge for 8 days of taxes which were never divulged to us up front when signing my contract. Then after calling Simone who claimed to be the manager, to inquire about the hidden charge. She flat out lied and told my wife I agreed to those taxes while the whole time my wife was standing next to me and never heard any mention of these hidden taxes. I have always used Enterprise in the past but will never use this company ever again. My insurance company will be hearing from me tomorrow. I will be suggesting that Liberty Mutual never recommend this company to their customers ever again. Enjoy your $117.00 Enterprise you rotten thieves!
