The customer service reps were pleasant, I was in and out fast. My only dislike was the rate of the insurance on the vehicle, I had the rental for 2 weeks, my bill was over $1000.00. I think if someone rents a vehicle for 7 days or more than a week the rates show be a little less expensive.

I recently rented a vehicle from the South Holland branch. They provided me with a clean reliable vehicle at a great price. It's always a very friendly and pleasant experience, when renting from this location. I highly recommend their services, if you are ever in need of a rental vehicle.

Someone hit my car a few days earlier. I have car rental coverage with my insurance company. I rented a car through this place. Mike who helped me convinced me that I should purchase extra insurance for $16 a day because if I got into an accident or anything happened to the rental my insurance wouldn't cover the deductible. Being as though this was my first time in this situation I wasn't sure if I should or not. I ended up getting the extra insurance. It costed me well over $100 just for Enterprise insurance after returning the vehicle 7 days later and learning that my insurance company State Farm would have covered the deductible had anything happened to the rental. I feel like it was all about a sales for Mike. Now I know not to fall for the okedoke if I ever decide to rent another vehicle. Be careful of the tricks of sales.
