I rented a car to drive to Indianapolis from Chicago roughly about a two and a half hour drive Enterprise was awesome I picked up my car and returned it from a different location for a small drop-off fee so super convenient. but if you choose to rent don't forget that your card has to have a $300 hold in addition to your rental fee. Other than that I really had an enjoyable experience with them highly recommended now go travel!!!!

I've been an enterprise customer for some time now, the customer service has fallen off greatly! They have a good variety of vehicles to choose from, my complaint is that the vehicles need more cleaning inside and out. You pay to rent a nice vehicle, then you should receive a clean, nice smelling (i.e) cigarette smoke,etc! Also, check your return receipt. I was charged for fuel that I had already replaced.

Best ever staff and crew. I always use them and this place is great I just wished they would create policy based on fairness no matter the color, i have spent thousands with them at other locations so although i am black i am not trying to get over on anyone.nnUpdate: I have to admit this is a great location after all. They are comparable to the North Side locations and they have honored my plus points and other discounts. I never recieved a hassle and in and out in 15 minutes. Ok! Kudos 119th. I havent experienced all the other things others have at this location.

Nice place. It's a small lot but a lot gets done. I like it. It's close to where I live. The Customer Service is very good. They have nice cars and trucks there too. Very quick service. I like this Rental Place..

The worse experience I ever had at a rental company.nGet there to get my car the place is completely dirty. There’s about 12 cars on the lot but I’m told there’s no cars available and they have to go to Ford to get me a Mazda 3. Mine you Ford is about 20 away each way. My reservation was for 9:30 am. I didn’t receive my a car until 11:00am. They lied on my rental agreement and said I received it at 10.04. When I asked for the manager she wasn’t of any assistance at all. (Just Sad). I missed my bridal fitting just because of this inconvenience. When I got my car the tank wasn’t even full. It was on half ud83dude2bud83dude2b she didn’t offer a discount/extra day for the inconvenience, nothing like this is just the normal there. Definitely would never rent from this location again.
