Quick and easy! We described exactly what we were looking for in a mattress and the salesman was led us to several models to try. We had plenty of time to try the mattresses and nut felt rushed. In the end, we bought mattresses for the guest room and our master bedroom. Great experience!

We purchased a king-sized mattress and couldn’t be more excited! Colin helped us to narrow down our search and find the best option. He was very knowledgeable and made the process fun and enjoyable! He also gave us recommendations on where to grab dinner after and let’s just say, Colin knows what he’s talking about!

I was shopping for a new bed and box spring and decided to see what they had going on for the labor day sale 2020, Boy am I glad I did! A friend recommended this store as he's gotten from here before and seemed very happy. He said to ask for the Manager (A very nice fellow named Colin) who helped me right over the phone. He paid attention to the details I was rambling off about what kind of sleep needs I have and helped me find a Much better version of my old mattress which I did really love. It was a great experience and he made it so easy. I would highly recommend going to this Mattress firm if your looking for knowledgeable, helpful people. Can't wait to sleep on my new bed!!!

I purchased a mattress for my home today. I visited the Mansfield, Ma location. I was promptly assisted by Reggie. He was very professional and knowledgeable on the different products. I was very pleased with the fact that the purchase was consumer led and I was not pressured into a purchase I wasn’t comfortable with! I would absolutely recommended this location...ask for Reggie!!!
