Manager (I believe her name is Rita) is legitimately an awful person. Calling her an awful person is actually an understatement. I have no idea why she is allowed to run a store.

The manager is very disrespectful when I went into the store to look at a piece of jewelry she was not helpful and she was very disrespectful she was mean to me and talked behind my back to other employees that’s not appropriate you can’t be doing that in a store. I’m never going to go back there
Bought a rose gold engagement ring with an emerald cut morganite that is just to die for. The lady that helped us was amazing and she helped us finance the ring. I will be returning to this particular location for any future jewelry purchases, even though it's three states away.
