The one earring we bought was faulty. So have to return it but that process was smooth. However the options in earring were very limited. They are not allowing to try the jewelry because of COVID which I think is good.. But then spending 1000 bucks on thing without even trying seems a bit odd... Also this policy might be causing increased returns and not sure if these returns jewelry are then getting sanitized or not. If yes then why not to sanitize it after customer tries?nAnyways.. the staff was very helpful and didn't oversell anything..

I just had the most amazing experience ever!!!! I've being emailing a manager from Zales named Brenda Ritchie who kept telling me that Champaign store was opening up on June 1st, I've emailed her several times and haven't heard back,, because I have a ring that is just a little over year old , and where it was cut and sized kept busting , mind you I don't sleep in my rings or lift heavy items for this to happen, called into customer service and the only help they gave me was to call the Springfield IL store, and I'm SO GRATEFUL that I did, by far the BEST customer experience ever!!! Shana the store manager went above and beyond to take care of me, we exchanged my ring for a new one (same design) and put a rush on it to be repaired.. we live 1 1/2 away, and i will drive over to Springfield for my jewelry anytime... You need to clone her for all your STORES!!!! this store deserves 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The lady’s are so sweet, respectful & so helpful! They go out of there way to make sure you leave with what you want! Great quality & beautiful collections!

Just left the store and was helped by Shana (sorry I’m not sure if I caught your name correctly!!) and Jen who went above and beyond and to make sure that my fiancé and I walked away with what we needed. I came in with a picture of a ring on the website and they found one similar to what I was looking for but better! They made me feel like more than just a customer and didn’t just care about the sale. You have extremely amazing employees out of BOTH of these women!! I’m excited I get to return for maintenance, cleanings, ect.
