Helen was wonderful. I had bought a 2017 maxima and it turned out to have an emissions issue and she was there through the whole process in trying to fix it.The car has never had issues until then. She gave me her all but in the end it wasn’t fixable and she gave me a full refund. If I could give a 6/5 stars I would. Would just like to say thank you for giving your all and being very kind!

The best car experience I have ever had. Everyone working here knows what they are talking about and how to respectfully conduct business. I got a car that was quite literally better than I could have imagined, for a price that was so unmatched. Best in Springfield area by far.

Driving to this lot to find a vehicle was refreshing-- cars were organized and parked with intention to protect inventory and showcase quality. As soon as I arrived, Adam addressed me with a genuine smile, even as he ran around completing many other tasks and aiding other customers. He was courteous, hard-working and knowledgeable, and didn't pressure me in any way or use the tactics most do in order to make a deal.nnHelen was fair, kind and even considered not selling me a vehicle her friend was wanting to purchase. Some might not like that, but I respected that she was the kind of businesswoman and friend who would hold off on a sale if it meant honoring a friendship.nnI love the 2012 Honda Cr-V I purchased from them. The price was not only fair, but they also replaced a seizing caliper that was about 80% functional because Helen knew I was driving over 1,000 miles to my life in Colorado. The car drove really well and has been getting me all around the mountains.nnI'm so happy I came to Hagan Automotive and honestly wouldn't want to buy a vehicle from anyone/ anywhere else. Helen drives the cars she sells to learn their quirks and how to improve them to keep people safe and happy with their purchase. Thank you Helen and Adam. Hagan first of all is very fair on a trade in for those like me who dont want to sell to the public i got 90% of what i thought i could on my own so i was very happy to do a trade in.nnSecond the specific car I wanted (color combo) was there at at the best price within my 300 mile search. Once i found it on AutoTempest I called them and their rep Adam was fantastic explaining the things i might want to fix and so I went to see it and he was right on.nnI checked it out and it was just as he told me. I was fine with those fixes and I traded my Corvette on a Lexus that I needed to switch for.nnThis company will buy a real English Mini Cooper or original air cooled Porsche or my Corvette and sell you a Cadillac, Mercedes, Bmw or in my case a Lexus depending on what they have at the time.nnThey gave me the Lexus with new tires and fixed up things it needed and I have loved it.
