Landmark FIAT

The communication with their service advisors was terrible when my Fiat recently broke down. My car was towed in and for 24 hours they didn't have a record of it so they didn't know where it was when I called for an update after I hadn't heard anything from them.nThe service advisor was rude in 50% of our interactions.nI asked them to address the check engine light, change the oil, rotate the tires, and replace the window motor. They consistently failed to address all of these issues and in the end it's still not clear to me if they failed to check to see if the tires needed rotated or if they checked and were determined to be fine.nI was not offered a rental car even though my diagnosis was found to be covered by warranty and they wouldn't get my parts for a week. When I followed up on this, the service advisor made it seem like I was being unreasonable for suggesting that he should have mentioned that a rental would be covered by the warranty when the diagonsis was first made.nBy the end of the rather terrible service experience, the service advisor was more willing to be flexible and was no longer rude in our interactions, but overall it was a poor service experience and I will not buy a vehicle from this dealer again given the level of service they provide for warranty repairs.nMy original purchasing experience here was fine, but the service afterwards negated that initial positive experience for me.

Had my Fiat in on Friday 12-7-18 for warranty work, haven't received a call. I called on 12-14-18 and nobody in service had a clue and the warranty dept. was gone until Monday.
