Took car in, cruise control not working and it's covered under the Platinum warranty. They said it was working fine then with no forewarning charged me over $100 for a diagnosis fee that they said wasn't covered by the warranty. Guess they had to find something... The service manager is taking no responsibility. Very disappointing and I will not recommend them or ever buy a car from them.
