Update to original review: Landmark Ford revised their policy and I appreciate that they responded positively to my concern. I can now highly recommend them and will gladly do business there is the future.nnI have been a Landmark customer for many years. I have purchased four new vehicles from them. Two of the purchases within the last three years. I have always enjoyed doing business with them but will not in the future. They recently posted their business as no concealed carry. I will take my business to other Ford dealers even if that entails traveling out of town to do it. I hope they will reconsider this policy so I can purchase from them again.

Needed a new mini van and found some I liked online. Went to the dealership and they were able to show me the vehicles I wanted to see right away. Jeremy Lookis even pulled one that was a brand new trade in so I could test drive it. Negotiations were reasonably smooth and I felt satisfied with the result. I needed my new van right away, so they are going to detail it form me later. Excellent experience. Would definitely shop there again next time I need a new vehicle.

As a woman and first time car buyer, I was nervous and uneducated about the process. Jeremy and the Landmark Ford staff were awesome. I didn’t feel like they were being “pushy salesmen” or that I wasn’t getting a fair price or deal. Jeremy talked with me about my options and recommended what vehicle he thought would be best for m my life style (and it wasn’t the more expensive option). Fred in financing was awesome as well. They both did a great job at making the long process bearable. Jeremy went over some common and main features of my car before I left so I would be more comfortable with my new vehicle. I got everything I wanted.

They didn’t seem to enthusiastic about helping me nor would they give me a quote by text or over the phone. I called another dealership, received better service and given several quotes over the phone so I could make my decision at home before going into the dealership. They need to greatly improve their customer service.

Carlos was an absolute excellent salesman and a joy to work with. He made our car buying experience personal and fun. Any questions we had he was able to answer and if not he got the answer within seconds. I will for sure refer my friend there and will also be a return customer. Thank you!!
