Bought a brand new Odyssey in December of 2019. After about 6 months there has been 5 recalls. Honda will not provide any help with this inconvenience. Chevy and Ford dealerships at least will give you a vehicle so you’re not stuck in the waiting room with 2 kids for half a day. Disappointed to say the least.

Honda of Illinois was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They had exactly the car I wanted at an amazing price. James and Oscar were so helpful, no pressure and made the buying experience relaxing and enjoyable. Options for financing were better than my bank. I plan to recommend them to all of my friends and would definitely buy from them again.

The salesman done everything he could do to make it work for me to be able to get the car then to give me a discount on the price of the car. They also got me a very low interest rate then his boss done what he could do to make it happen too. To tell you the truth I know the car they picked out for me is going to be a good car for me. Mike has had two people he works with tell him that they have or had one and they last a long time. By the way this is Gloria mike's wife I'm the one that talk to the salesman and Mike came in to sign the paperwork and pay down payment. You have very respectful employees. I needed a battery for my 2014 Odyssey. I already had to have the vehicle jump started once. I called Honda of Illinois and spoke with Amanda Lowe. Because of the Covid virus pandemic they weren’t working with a complete staff so they were booked pretty tight but she told me to bring it right in and they would work me in. Amanda checked me in right away and I went to check out the showroom. I didn’t even have time to read much of my magazine before Amanda came and told me they had my vehicle done. I probably could have bought a cheaper battery somewhere else but I know the Honda battery is a good quality one and they installed it very quickly. I’m more than pleased with Honda of Illinois’ service. This is my second time working with Amanda and she’s been great both times. She knows her stuff, she’s very professional and she’s pleasant to deal with. Thanks again Honda of Illinois.

Excellent service combined with friendly and informative personnel! A great experience regarding two issues we had with our car. The service issues were completed in less than an hour!
