Service department was not helpful at all. Had my car for 5 days and still can’t tell me what is wrong with it. Phil is a terrible service rep. He was not informative at all. I finally got my car back and all they did was take a part an item that was installed by Kia factory. They did nothing to accommodate me after asking multiple times for a loaner car and/or do a claim so I can get a rental through my warranty. Just overall the experience was horrible.
We had a wonderful experience with KIA. Alvin is always so very helpful and takes care of us. We are really enjoying our KIA Carnival.
Service was good but the multi-point inspection form was in black and white and the “OK” option looks about the same as “Requires immediate attention”. Minor flay in the form design.
Bought my Jeep from there, had it for a few weeks then sensors started going bad in it, they tried to fix it, could never get me a loaner, service desk was awful to deal with,. Also my wife bought a Kia Soul from them, she can’t ever get a loaner when she has a problem with her car, the service desk is awful to her as well. Least I could say is never buying from them again. Also if you do buy a car from there don’t have Brian as your dealer, he is awful, doesn’t know what he is doing or talking about.
