Had my car in today for an oil change, tire rotation, and a full detail and I must say I couldnt be more pleased with this business. Great customer service but unfortunately they didn't have the vehicle that I wanted, otherwise we would have purchased from Rick. I have to post about the great customer service and non pushy approach.
After dealing with aggressive pushy sales men all day finding Smokys was a like a dream come true. I got to drive the lot, find the car I wanted and give it a good look over before being approached! No pressure or typical sales pitch you hear at every other lot.
This is the best place to do all your car business. I've traded with them for years. Very friendly service & a place you can trust. I highly recommend!
Never got back to me from my AutoTrader inquiry. Had a similar situation a few years ago when I schedule a car detail and no one showed up.
