Got everything stolen out of my car in this parking lot highly recommend not parking here. 5 other cars also got broken into in the same night.nNot to mention there’s no number to call to see if there’s cameras
Parked here multiple times and had issues each time with double charging my card, or placing a notice on my car to pay a fine after paying for the stall. Just be aware this lot is not managed well and seems to try and scam users.
BEWARE...proceed with caution when booking parking with this company. I prepaid $32.00 for parking at this lot a day before a Sunday afternoon Cardinal game. I arrived at the lot one hour before game time, only to be told they would not honor my reservation. The manager gave some obscure explanation about parkmobile and and lack of communication, blah, blah. I was forced to pay another $35.00 at the kiosk to park there. I am now trying to get a refund. DO NOT PREPAY FOR PARKING HERE !
