Julia helped us book a great trip to a resort in Mexico for our anniversary - she handled everything! AND when she saw a special after we had already booked, she got on the phone and got us almost $300 back because the price had dropped! Her service & experience is awesome - loved having her take care of the details!
We have booked several trips through Ambassador Travel, both cruises and ground trips. Julie and all of the staff have been great to work with and helped plan amazing trips for us. We have gone on trips with friends and also on our own. Everything has been fantastic and so easy and organized. Unfortunately, our last trip was cancelled due to Covid-19. Julie handled all the details for us and we received our credit quickly. I highly recommend Ambassador Travel.
My wife and I selected Ambassador Travel for our honeymoon plans and the experience was excellent! We had perfectly planned flights, hotels, trains, and experiences. We also set days of no plans so we could freely explore and roam on our own. Great balance of scheduled and relaxed. It was the easiest part of all of our wedding plans. We did experience an air conditioning problem with a hotel in Florence and Julia of Ambassador Travel personally stepped up and made all the calls necessary to upgrade us to the five star hotel down the street with no additional charge to us. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust the entire team at Ambassador Travel with our next experience. Julia and her team are true professionals and very experienced in helping arrange wonderful vacations for their clients. After getting to know the kind of vacation we wanted, she presented our family with multiple options - all within our budget. Our trip to Mexico was beautiful and completely hassle free! I didn't worry about any details; she had taken care of everything! She had personally been to the resorts she recommended, so I knew I didn't have to wonder about the accommodations waiting for us! It was fantastic!
