This was my first experience with a travel agent. It was wonderful! Hellen was amazing! She was very helpful and had all the answers to my questions. I’ll definitely go back for help booking trips in the future.

We are currently planning a vacation with these folks and they could not be a nicer bunch. We have dealt with a couple of different individuals but always with professionalism and honest opinions of resorts. I heard they have been bought by another company but I hope they don't decline in customer service.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience with B and A Travel Service in Carbondale and would not recommend it to ANYONE. They will try to take advantage of you for sure, so if you want to enjoy your vacation, DO NOT GO TO THEM. One of the people who was travelling with me got in a severe car accident and they could not walk for almost a year. We had to cancel our trip because of this. We asked to postpone the trip, or just transfer the balance we had already paid to some other package within the next year. We were completely willing to give them our business but just encountered an unfortunate event. However, B and A said they could do nothing, which is ridiculous because this was months and months before the actual trip date. Finally, after a very long process B and A said they would refund us part of the money we had paid, yet they refused to refund us anything more than about 30%. While we felt that this was unfair, we wanted to get back whatever we could and agreed to the deal. After a month, we still had not received the refund. When we called B and A, they just said it might take a couple more weeks. We kept waiting but just never got the refund and when we called the agency again, they never brought it up either. The people working there pretend to be very nice, but are just tricking people out of their money.nnEDIT: They eventually refunded the amount they said they would (about 30% of what we lost) after we contacted them many months later on social media.

If I could get this company a negative rating I would. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I organized a group of 36 people to go to Mexico for my wedding. I was told in the beginning that every 20 people that booked one of our hotel stays would be free through Apple vacations. I decided that this would be feasible and proceeded to have everyone book through this company because it seem to be a good deal. From then on out I had continuous problems from family contacting me about how the travel agency was difficult to work with some even decided not to even come on the trip. Then more problems accumulated when they let a another member of the group change the bookings around ending up with my mother-in-law booked in my room. I called and explained my concerns to the manager David at this point he seemed motivated to fix the problems. One problem was I got online and found cheaper options that were never given to me when originally booking the trip. I ended up getting my flight switched and saved $800. But they never honored the price drop guarantee to anyone in my trip. This is all minor compared to my biggest complaint. I was told that I would receive my hotel credit for 36 people coming after we returned home from the trip. When I contacted him to find out where my hotel credit was he told me he did not know what to tell me about my hotel credit and that I needed to speak to my mother. I started to do some digging and I found out that for some reason with some creative sidestepping as he called it. The hotel credit was initiated by someone other than me and dispensed prior to our departure on our trip. Needless to say I never received $1000 for booking with their company and Apple vacations. And we all know the extra thousand dollars it would have came in handy on vacation. This company had no dignity and personal standards when it came to my financial income and confidential information. They went behind my back and dispensed money that was meant for me to another member of the group and did not communicate with me that my credit was given out to another member of the group. I do not recommend this travel agency to anyone it has officially tainted what was supposed to be one of the most memorable weeks of my life.

I went to A and B travel. Told them what I wanted and they told me they would call or email me the information for my trip. Awesome... great. A week went by and I heard nothing so I called them. They assured me they would call me in the next few days. Again nothing. A couple months go by and I say ok maybe they got busy whatever life goes on. So I called them and again told them what I wanted for a trip for January. Yet once again they cant even contact me!! I dont know how they make money because their customer service sucks!!
