My experience with our salesman Daryl and the entire crew at Broadway Ford was exceptional. Since my family and I live out of state, Daryl took the time to send me a complete video walk-through of the vehicle we were interested in. He answered all of our questions professionally and quickly. Then he arranged for delivery of our new Transit van to our front door! Could not have asked for a better experience and more polite courteous people to work with. Highly recommend!

Our new and growing digital billboard company, Robinson Outdoor, was in need of a van for our electrician to be able to adequately handle the demands of digital board install and maintenance. One visit to Broadway Ford, and talking to Joe Sind, put us on the right track!nJoe is exceptionally knowledgeable about all the work truck options they have, and throughout the entire process he communicated to a level most businesses would envy.nWe got our 2020 Ford Transit Van setup from top to bottom through Broadway and Joe, and we could not be happier to this point.nHighly recommended this dealer.. and ask for Joe!

The easiest vehicle purchase ever! Joe Sind (the manager) & Kevin Keeve (F&I) put together a deal I couldn’t refuse.nnI live two hours away so we did everything electronically. Perfect.nnI’m not an easy customer to work with but they did everything I asked & then some. Highly recommend.

Can't say enough what a WONDERFUL place Broadway Ford is. Matt was our salesman and became a friend. He cared so much and was so attentive to our needs. We needed a van to assist with our big Adventure Move to Alaska!!!! He assisted us in making this dream come true. This wouldn't have happened without the flexibility and care they put in to our sale. Thank you Broadway Ford for playing a valuable part in my dream to move to Alaska. Not very happy, brought my truck here to fix an acceleration issue. Charged me 2k to do some wiring and install a washer and it worked for one day. Made multiple calls to talk to the service manager, leave messages. No calls back
