I have been going to IHS for years now and have always had the best service. However this time I tried to call to check on my son’s prescription and I keep getting hung up on, I’ve called 7 times and everytime I can hear them pick up the phone but then hang up! Seriously considering switching pharmacies!

I switched from another pharmacy to IHS thinking it not only would be a bit cheaper but better service. I liked this pharmacy because it allowed me to leave a card on file so I wouldn't have to worry about carrying my debit card all the time. I could just drive through and tell them card on file and pick up medicine. However, they lost it a couple times. So had to re-enter all the information. The people are nice though. Service is slow. Most of the time I'd wait a day and they wouldn't have it ready. I switched pharmacies since I moved and the process on IHS end was slow. I went two weeks without medicine. Some medicine hasn't even went through still. It's a mess. This is my own personal experience. My husband had good luck with IHS?!
