My husband and I found a truck on their lot that matched our wants. We drove 2.5 hours and were highly pleased with our service from their salesman, Matt King. He was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Their financial manager, Sonya Massey was quick and efficient with the paper work and we were in and out within an hour and a half. Will definitely make our way to this dealership again next time we are in the market for a vehicle.

Never can reach the service department on the phone, and when I can, appointments are always backed up. Must have taken car in for the same recurring problem about 6 times, they never can seem to fix it. Does not even carry the size of tire my Chevrolet car was sold with. My car is a Chevrolet so I figured this would be the best place for maintenance and repair, but aside from regular routine maintenance they really haven't been able to do much.

I took my 2007 Toyota Tundra in with some body damage. Bill did excellent body work. I saw the finished product before being painted and it looked awesome. The truck was picked up today, 1/10/2020, and it looks great. Jacob did a great job matching and painting the repair. The office manager Linda, was easy to work with and always pleasant. I spoke with all three of the above mentioned people at different times and they were all helpful, pleasant and professional each and every time. I would most definitely recommend Schmidt Chevrolet Collision Center to anyone requiring body work. I wouldn't hesitate to refer friends and family or even take my truck back should I'm ever in the need for body work in the future.
