All have been good with this dealership. On my last visit they advised me that the cabin air filter needed replaced and i thought the filter and labor charge was a little high but i didn't ask what the charge would be but will ask the next visit. Other than that things have been good and will return as a customer.

The service department at Chip Banks is always very friendly to me, eager to listen to my questions, answer them and make sure I am satisfied. I don't mind driving just a little farther to get great service from great people! I have already recommended them to others!

I brought my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado High Country in for an electronics repair on February 22, 2021. I was greeted promptly and my truck was taken in quickly for the repair. It was completed in under 45 minutes; I waited for the repair to be completed in the comfortable waiting area. The service department at Chip Banks is excellent; both John and Ricky have handled all of my requests for both routine and specialized maintenance promptly, courteously, and with high professionalism each time I have visited. I have noted that John and Ricky strive to treat each customer with the same high levels of professionalism and kindness, no matter the service need. Other members of my family have experienced the same excellent service and attention to detail at Chip Banks. It's a top-notch dealership that DuQuoin and Southern Illinois is fortunate to have.

Their sales staff is attentive, courteous, friendly and listens to my wants and needs. Another bonus in dealing with Chip Banks Chevrolet Buick is their Service Department. Scheduling is convenient, service is thorough.
