This is a clean, nice Target but something I noticed which is not justifiable is how few employees of color there were compared to even the Shiloh Target which is in a demographically similarly diverse community. I had to write a paper about diversity in workplaces for a class at a local university and this Target is a prime example of lack of racial diversity. I was noticing employees stocking things, at the Starbucks, cashiers, greeters, and folding clothes and only saw 2 in the whole store at the time, one was a cool young man with dark, skateboarder hair who was my cashier during the visit and at a glance was a young black woman at the Starbucks. When you deliberately are looking for this things to write a paper, it becomes glaringly obvious that there must be some level of at minimum unconscious hiring bias at this location. The attitude of cashiers and employees here is nothing to scoff at and they always have at least standard customer service, but I invite other regular customers to be aware of these things that affect the culture for the few floor employees of color at this location.

My last experience was not a good one. I've had to use a motorized scooter for the past month and a half due to a surgery on my ankle. I could not shop in the clothing section because you could not get through on a motorized cart. I feel for anybody in a wheelchair.

My daughter love target, they keep the place clean and the food is fresh just a bit on the high side. But they have great sales.

We visited Steak and Shake. Drive through line moved pretty quick. Still like their burger and fries better than their competitors. Ate in parking lot while food was still fresh and hot.
