The post office itself is very nice and friendly... however the people who deliver our mail never pay attention to the address we constantly get our neighbors and the next street overs mail. So who knows if we get our own or who is getting it. We’ve called twice already. I even put those big numbers on our mailbox. Please fix this unless you want to pay me for delivering other people’s mail. This is a serious problem

The guy who I talked to ED was very rude. called about my package not being delivered a day before and he said he would put the apartment number on package. (Which was my fault). Next day, it still was delivered because of incorrect address. I called back and he was rude and told me to watch who I am talking to. After I called back again he decided to put me on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up and I called back AGAIN and he turned the phone off so it wouldn’t receive calls. Very unprofessional he needs fired.

I am in Denver, CO My wife is out there with my daughter taking care of her Mother while I work. We had a card that is very important to our finances be sent to me Monday may 11th it is now saturday May 23rd my wife cant find the info to track it she went in for help and they told her we dont have time for this we will call you if we find it. I'm telling you what I grew up Boxing If I had any of you employees talk to me like this and not help me the way you should I'd sleep every one of you. Every one of you need to be fired.

Unfriendly staff. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes in line while employees talk to their friends. Should have went to UPS..
