The absolute best experience! This is the only place I’ll ever go to buy jewelry again. My center stone fell out of my ring at the park with my kids and I was devastated. Luckily I had insurance on it (jewelers mutual- the best!) and took it to Hudson’s. From the very beginning they were reassuring and explained the process to me. After taking care of all the paperwork, I waited while they found a stone that matched. Well to my surprise when I picked it up, due to not being able to find an exact match, they had a bigger center stone set at no additional charge, increasing my ring value by $2,000! I was shocked and so excited to say the least! They went above and beyond to make sure my ring looked exquisite. It looks better than it did brand new. She even explained details about the diamond that I didn’t even know before. Amazing! Go here and you won’t be disappointed!! Thank you again!!

My wedding ring was stolen in a burglary years ago. ud83dude25 I never replaced it, because I loved that ring so much, and was heartbroken. ud83dudc94 Anyway, we would go into Hudson's periodically and look. I got a catalog one time and found a ring that was similar to the one that was stolen. I tore the page out and saved it for several years. I had actually forgotten about it. My husband found it in his coat pocket and took it to Hudson's. They told him they didn't carry that ring anymore. He told them our story and how important it was to me. They did some detective work and found that ring in a vault in New York! ud83dudc8dThey had it shipped here and he surprised me with it for Christmas! ❤nWe buy everything from Hudson's. They are wonderful!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to pick out the right ring for my special lady friend quickly and painlessly. For someone who has never been in a jewelry store before, it was actually an enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend this store.
