Both the staff and the owner are very friendly and knowledgeable. I shopped for months for my now wife's engagement ring. I showed him pictures and he went far beyond and above. Wedding band was custom designed and built by him. Just a great place to do business. Price is competitive as far as I know. I have honesty stopped looking any were else they are my go to. You have quality and that one of a kind when you want or need it. I feel my wife's jewelry should be as special as her.nYet another trip to this fine establishment. The owner and the staff are spot on as always. Whether spending 5 dollars or thousands always treated well. Top notch local business

Very friendly. They were super busy this Valentine’s weekend. I’m very happy they have kept business through the pandemic. Waited a little while for assistance. However, we had a wonderful experience. We had great help in finding our wedding band. I definitely recommend!

This ring could not have turned out any more beautiful than it did! Piper Diamond Co./Custom Jewelry was very open with communication throughout the entire process and made any small corrections that we requested without complaint. They did an amazing job on our custom wedding ring. I would highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs!
