Beautiful pet friendly hotel. Hotel offers free electric car and Tesla chargers, has a dog run, and provides free full breakfast. Rooms are very clean. Gym and pool are open. I will definitely stop here again on my regular trips from MI to New Orleans.

Manager refused a refund for a stay that wasn't confirmed via online reservation, or by signature. We called to ask about pricing with pets. When we were told the price, we thought it was too much and decided to keep driving home. We told the manager that we didn't want to spend that much and that if we changed our minds we would call back. The hotel proceeded to run our credit card at 3 am. Checked us into the hotel, and checked us out. Meanwhile, we are in our own bed. This morning we call to get a refund, because we did not stay in this hotel or give any authorization to run our credit card. Manager refused refund, and continued to refuse when we had two different representatives from corporate call on our behalf. The thing is, we will dispute the charge with our credit card company and this hotel will not receive the money and we will get our money back. What happened here is fraudulent and very poor customer service! You had the opportunity to make it right, and you refused. You have lost customers for life. And all of our family and friends. Who travel a lot and live all over the country!

We stay in alot of hotels and this is my favorite. They were busy and people parked crazy they made it to where we could park. They were very nice and it was a very clean hotel. Pool was clean and breakfast was good. I'll definitely come back and tell friends and family about this hotel

The beds are very comfortable, clean rooms w lots of space in the suite w a sofa bed. Hot b.fast bar is back open w cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, muffins, Danish, juices & coffee. The pool was a little cold but they also have a hot tub that was a nice tempature. For the price, $82/ night this is probably the best hotel.

Impressed, yet kind of grossed out with Comfort Suites. There was 1 negative, which resulted in 4 stars, and I'll address it last. The service on checking in was fast and the front desk staff were pleasant. The hotel is clean and orderly. It has a mini store area where you can buy travel essentials you may have forgotten. The rooms are clean, don't smell funky, are non carpeted floors, and the beds/pillows are covered with bed bug resistant plastic. Overall, I'm pleased for the value. The only negative, was with younger kids wo wanted to swim, the pool was murky and DID have a funky smell. We chose not to swim and will just do some other activity in Mt Vernon instead. I'll have to wait and see how the hot bfest looks in the morning. Outside the pool issue, I would have given this hotel 5 stars.
