Safe Child Visitation Center

My only complaints with this place is they don't have adequate staff on hand to ensure all visits begin on time when they have a situation with a noncompliant parent, which like what happen to my children n my kids lost 30 minutes of my hour long visit due to the other parent refusing to leave going over his time n taking away from my children, it's ok to punish my children when they should of had staff available to deal with that parent n have a staff member available to my children, also they aren't equipped with anything to entertain older children, n they don't enforce other parents to cleanup after themselves n quite often b4 starting my own visit I have to clean the tables n chairs cuz my children's health n safety r my top priority especially with things like MRSA that can b contracted from coming into contact with, it's a damn joke that the court orders me to go visit my children in n unclean environment when I'd never allow my children to sit in their own filth never mind someone else's mess, n no one goes in n cleans the rooms between visits n your not even allowed into the room prior to ur time beginning so u have to spend some of ur visit cleaning up other ppls messes, least there's a container of lysol wipes in each room but I think next time I go I'm gonna ask to b moved to a room I'm not gonna have to clean prior to my visit, I've also had a problem with communication n at one point I heard a scheduled visit n paid my ride to bring me over 30 minutes away n while on my way I called to make sure they knew I was on my way n would b there just to find out my children's visit was canceled but no one bothered to pickup the phone to inform me n instead made me waste 26$ when that r aware I'm on ssdi n extremely low on the poverty level so I don't appreciate when my money is wasted. Other than staffing problems n cleanliness I've had no bad interactions with staff they r always polite, courteous, n professional to me n my children.
