Miguel was very helpful. We took the car to the dealer for inspection and everything was good. Just a few small things that you'd expect in an 8 year old car. Quick sales process.
Very good experience. Talk to Miguel, he knows how to take care of you and give you a decent deal. Went to 4 other dealerships first and he was the only one interested in doing a deal.
Worst to buy an automobile. I bought a suv here and the beginning was working then start getting some issues I call the owner give a lots excuses. After 3 months pass there was more problems with the car. I try to call Miguel he never was on the dealership or call back. So the only thing was stop pay the car and got repossessed. I took the car to a mechanic and told me there was a lot issues and going to cost me more that the vehicle value. People no go there he is a dishonest person and his wife too.
Called on a truck they had advertised online, Miguel said they still had it. I told them I was on my way home from Idaho, and I would make it there about 15 minutes before they closed if the truck was there. He assured me it was, and told me all about it. We get there right before closing, cannot see the truck, I went in to inquire, my husband walked the lot. I was told by Miguel that someone was test driving it and would be back in 10-15 min, fine, no worries. My husband was told by their lot tech that they had sold the truck to the auction 2 days ago.
We waited around for about 10 minutes, Miguel came back out and said he was going to call whoever was driving it. Came back out and said it would be another 25-30 minutes before they were back(but it was already closing time), and he could bring it up to us the next day. We didn't question why someone else told us it had been sold to the auction, didn't want to get them in trouble, because at that point I knew it was a bait and switch situation. Pretty upsetting since I had driven 1.5 hours to see a truck I was promised was there. I would steer clear of this place.
Thank God I took my mechanic! This place is shady & dishonest. Don't waste your time & avoid at all costs. I'm surprised they haven't been shut down yet. I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau
