We had the best experience today. My husband and I went in with a listed vehicle on line that we were interested in. Unfortunately they did not have this one available. Preston was amazing and he never made us feel pushed into anything. He looked for another one we could at least test drive. But he actually ended up finding what we were looking for. I can’t say enough about Preston, he was professional and very relaxed and patient with us. He handled all our questions. He made sure we knew exactly what we were getting and how much with out any hidden agenda. I have never felt more relaxed at a larger dealership. And I will definitely be back when we are ready for another big purchase. Jake in finance took care of us as well with helping us choose the right financing options and warranties. Casual conversation and explaining everything I needed to know.

Awesome people, who do awesome work, & charge honest prices for the work that they do. I have an older car, so I have been in & out of quite a few places, getting needed work done. After one trip to see these guys, I know that I will definitely be back.

Kenn Garff Ford West Valley always comes through! They are honest, hard working, kind, friendly, polite and helpful. Highly recommend this team! Our guy, Austin May, has worked with us the few times we’ve purchased new cars. He is the best! Their finance person, Stacey, is knowledgeable and experienced. Drew Holmes was amazing!!! There were a couple of snags that we ran into, however Drew was very professional and diligent in getting those things taken care of. I believe a person/company shows it’s true worth, not when things go smoothly but when they don’t. Once again Drew was very much on top of the whole purchase of our new truck, on a scale of 1 to 10 Drew’s performance was a solid 15. All of the people we met at Ken Garff West Valley Ford were Great. I will definitely recommend to anyone I run into that is looking for a car Drew and Ken Garff.
