Best car buying experience I have ever had. The manager Scott Pehrson took great care of of us and took special interest to make sure that we were happy. Luke was an incredible sales person. He was knowledgeable and fun to work with and made the entire process easy. Brad in finance was awesome and made the paperwork process smooth and hassle free. I appreciate the great care they showed to me and I’m referring all of my friends and family

The staff are very attentive to all of my needs. My car was done in two weeks. I had some trouble with the area of my repair and they are currently doing their best to get it fixed. I am impressed with their work.

My mom took her car in for the check engine light at 7 am called twice for them to not even know what is going on with her car because the girl "left for the day". When she came back at 3 pm they said "nothing is wrong with your car, and if there is we don't know" and charged her $76 and a full day without a car and the manager proceeded to tell her he didn't want her to come back. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Super unprofessional. Reading the other comments it sounds like the management needs to be replaced, in the past two weeks they have had nothing but issues. And sounds like the same experience - downgrading because we are women and claims of nothing wrong yet proceed to charge.

From the moment I arrived, Isaac made sure to let me talk, explain my issues. I explained to Isaac, that I purchased this 2002 Monte Carlo SS off the showroom floor in 2002. Over the years, I have put thousands of dollars into making it not only look great, but sound great as well. Nothing has ever needed replacing, I just upgraded to high performance parts. This 2002 Monte Carlo SS has 55000 original miles. This car is so important to me. My plan is to give this to my Grandson. And I want it perfect. Isaac sent my car back to the mechanics and stated he would call me and keep me informed about everything. He didn't let me down once. I'm a U S Army, Vietnam Veteran. I served in the Honor Guard for 1 year. Performing as the Funeral Escort and holding and folding our American Flag that would be presented to their surviving member. Isaac, and the mechanics who work here at Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet, deserve not just a pat on the back. But an award showing that they are appreciated. A great start would be the waiting room. I remember going in, there would be coffee, donuts, and fruit. Not a thing... If it wasn't for the first impressions of Isaac, the many phone calls keeping me updated. And the fantastic work of your mechanics. I would have went somewhere else, and left 1 star. And 1 sentence. Because of them. And the fact that they knew how important this car is to me. I'm leaving 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Isaac, brings great credit to Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet, and I am Honored to have met him. Thank You!
