Excellent customer service! The staff is friendly and helpful. Prescriptions are filled quickly - often ready by the time I leave doctor's office and get to Thompson Drug! We are very happy we changed from a larger chain pharmacy.

Yesterday I came in to Thompson Dean for a flu shot. Everyone was very welcoming and pleasant. I received quick & informative service. The pharmacist gave a smooth injection. I am a nurse so I understand how much all of these things mean to patients. Thanks for the excellent experience.

I have been a life long customer. You may be able to get it cheaper elsewhere, however you wont get no where near the level of customer service you get at this pharmacy. If I have a problem, they do everything they can to assist!

Best customer service in town. You are able to ask questions about your drugs and they know the answers. The little extra I may pay for my drugs is worth it for the service.
