Ken Garff West Valley Used

I had a great experience at Ken Garff. I bought a beautiful Grand Jeep Cherokee . I was in and out within a couple of hours. Best buying experience ever. Thank you Jose, Jason and the manager ( I'm sorry I forgot his name) for your kindness and getting me out so fast. I have bought a few cars before in many different dealerships and have always had bad or not so good experience but today at Ken Garff Chrysler Jeep and Dodge they really changed that bad experience. Brady and Austin both made a great experience in buying at a dealership. They picked out the perfect truck and really helped me get a good deal on my trade in. Highly recommend them both if anyone is looking to buy or trade in your vehicle. Both are nice guys, really honest with their work and explain the buying and trading process very thoroughly with no hidden details.

Being an out-of-state buyer, communication was important during this car buying experience and Adi and the team at Ken Garff were very helpful every step of the way. Ken Garff also allowed me to place a deposit on my preferred vehicle and took it “off the market” until I could fly in and test drive so as not to have me fly in for no reason. As a first time car buyer who knows nothing about cars, my salesman Jason did a great job making me feel comfortable. Although I had a million stupid questions, he was able to answer them with a great attitude. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. I visited 2 dealerships before buying a car from Ken Garff Dodge in West Valley City. My experiences could not have been more different. The first had a car I was very interested in, low miles, low price but the experience was to be polite “amazing”, not in a good way. This should have been a breeze, using their online tools to value my trade we looked to be only a few hundred dollars apart but to my shock the first offer was more than $6,000 above my calculations. The whole experience felt disrespectful, like I was a victim to be had not a customer who’s business could be earned. I am new to Utah but had seen the many Ken Garff “we hear you” billboards but figured it was just another slogan. It turns out it is the way they do business. I could not have been happier with the treatment I received and clearly they were listening to me. The first offer we were within $200 and quickly closed the gap and made a deal. This despite the fact this was the highest priced vehicle I looked at that day, their offer on my trade was by far the best. The sales manager Steve Poele asked questions, listened to and responded to my answers. Ken Garff didn’t just earn my business they have earned my loyalty and I am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. One last note that proved to me that they do listen, I mentioned in passing how I “hate” selling a car with a full tank of gas, mostly just a lighthearted comment, minutes later my salesman Jason gives me a $20 Chevron gift card to use for gas.
