I will be celebrating my 25th year driving truck in August of this year, and I can tell you with all honesty that K and B is the best trucking company that I have ever driven for. They don't just care about the bottom line. They care that you have a family at home and sometimes there are issues. They care that your pay is right and they care that you are happy and healthy out on the road.

If there was a zero star, I would have given them a well deserved zero star. I am a driver just like you and my advice is to stay away as far as you can from this company. I should have listened to the ones who were leaving this company when I ran into them. These people WILL cost you. Not to mention that they ask drivers to give them a good review. They asked me and I said ok because I was too worried about their deduction program.

I am highly disappointed in this company my best friend / brother died yesterday of a massive heart attack while working for k&b and they refuse to help send his body home so he can be buried .He loved his job with k&b and he was also a veteran of the United States. I know he would be disappointed with the lack of human compassion. May you rest in peace Dennis Dashiell we will get you home.

The pay is good and I like how the dispatchers are not politically correct. I have heard a lot of trash talk about this company but maybe they have undergone some overhaul because so far I have enjoyed K&B.
