Always late never on time always have to reschedule appointments because of them being so poor quality. Worst experience I have ever had since we have been here in Sioux Cityud83dude21

SRTS gives me a 30 minute window of pickup and I have to wait out in the cold during that time because they say they can't pull into the apartments (FedEx and UPS with their trucks of a similar size have no problems with it). The 30 minute window doesn't mean that the bus will show on time. I waited past the 30 minute window today on February 3, 2020 and when I called, the operator told me that the bus would be there at 3:27 PM even though they knew for days that I need to be to work at 3:45 and they even gave me a wrong time frame. The bus showed up at around 3:32 and I had to refuse the ride because the driver needed to pick up someone still and said that it would be an even longer wait for me to get to work. I ended up taking Lyft and I was still late, but not as late as I would have been with the bus.

Slow services/always late showed up at 3:50 when I needed to be picked up after school at 3:30. The new system rekt this whole bus

The past couple of times I rode with them they have been late or to early and now they are saying they are booked for today
