had a 6-month review did everything that was required turned in pay stubs Etc and they still cut my food assistance off. I have never had an issue with this before until we ended up in this County great time to cut people off on food assistance my children went hungry all weekend food banks for not open and I could not find any other assistance so thanks guys you do a really shity job up there

They cancel my card with no warning, I often don't receive their mail they send, they make my funds less & less, of course the typical very systematic unrealistic approach.nnToday I am starving once again because they cancelled my card, with no notice & a supposed review letter a month ago that never came (uff57hich for me just realizing now they are subtracting days from this month, if approved)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!nnCrazy policies to be approved, the same old don't make lots of money, but don't make no money. If I have no money I'm going to need food! They need to be humane & judge off individual efforts!‼nnI don't like leaving this review, cause the desk worker is so nice.

DHS case workers do not follow procedures on anything and with do illegal acts to make a buck. Especially Dawn Boyle. If you ever have her request for a new worker asap. She never calls you back or anything.

my worker is very nice i never had to deal with the front lady so i do not know what it is like
