So here is your review. Facilities are great, tons of selections, wonderful resources. But they also have the one thing everyone can’t stand at the library... a staff FULL of Karen’s. It’s too much. I’ll buy it, thank you.
Awesome library. I went here several times to get religious books and they had an awesome selection including the new king James version of the apocrypha and the Quran. I printed off a copy of the book of Enoch and they let me buy it from them.
I love this library, the building is like stepping back in time . One of the few places you can take your grandchildren, and say this is where I used to go when I was a child. It looks like a Fairie tale palace. I have pictures of my children sitting on the front steps, and now pictures of my grandchildren and great grand children sitting on the steps . I’m so proud of The Library. I hope it never changes .
As a student from out of town, I was still able to get a library card there and rent movies. When I didn't have a way to watch movies online, this was a great, cheap option. It's also super beautiful and the librarians are nice.
The only library in bond county. If you live outside Greenville city limits you have to pay $40.00 per year even though you live in the same county. That is just not fare .
