Good customer service. Knowledgeable. Fixed my anniversary band instead of telling me to purchase a new one for over 900 like another store. Fused it with my wedding bands and looks great. They took the time to look at it and estimated it well under what the other store wanted!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, helping me to find exactly what I want or need. They keep me informed when ordering custom pieces or requesting items in different sizes/gold-tones/stones, etc. I have had great experiences with all my purchases, and repairs (resizing, broken chains, watch service) are a breeze. Gunderson’s is truly the only place to shop!
