Good customer service. Knowledgeable. Fixed my anniversary band instead of telling me to purchase a new one for over 900 like another store. Fused it with my wedding bands and looks great. They took the time to look at it and estimated it well under what the other store wanted!
Gunderson’s always has a fantastic selection of household gifts, display pieces, and unique jewelry for any budget. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, helping me to find exactly what I want or need. They keep me informed when ordering custom pieces or requesting items in different sizes/gold-tones/stones, etc. I have had great experiences with all my purchases, and repairs (resizing, broken chains, watch service) are a breeze. Gunderson’s is truly the only place to shop!

I lost my wedding ring a few years ago. My husband took me to Gunderson's an hour and a half away from where we live.Alyssa was helpful and didn't make us feel obligated to buy anything. She was amazing and helped us find the perfect ring. They sized it within two hours, which was amazing considering it was the day after Christmas. The whole staff was supportive and professional. The Sioux City Gunderson’s location is fantastic. I stopped in and had no idea where to start. Deb greeted me and helped me every step of the way. Her knowledge and experience is unmatched.
