I was quoted by Brian, that he would pay spot price on silver over the phone, which was $14.35 at the time. About an hour later, I went there and Brian said, he could only do about $13.00 today when spot had actually gone up to $14.38 due to volatility in the market. There is always a great amount of volatility in the silver market and the price is very low right now compared to recent years. I don't know about you, but if you don't honor your word that is very poor business ethics. Being played like a sucker is not right and I will never do business there again.
