They took forever to solve one single problem, added an related driver without any authorization, tripled the premium, took the money and now all saying is we have the right to do so, and rates changed, what is going on with rates changes with $1200 difference of my premium per year, so much confusing, what do we need insurance for when all they do is to give you a headache and time consuming....
