Was terminated from the Morningside Walgreens, Sioux City Iowa for not speaking in a certain voice tone over the radio..had nothing to do with my job performance, attendance or customer service. The manager and Assistant Manager, who I will not mention by name, stated that an co-worker was offended with my tone of voice as well..this was totally unexceptable..and I feel job discrimination was apart of their action..Training is needed for people who want that type of position in any workplace..no warning..just terminated after a full days work...FYI

I called before I came to maximize my time after requesting refills by phone. I spoke to a real person to confirm and when I arrived I was not given what I requested. April at the window said this was all that was ready and she was sorry because she didn't know who I spoke to. She checked and confirmed the other medicine was indeed on the profile and filled it. So I had tono wait another 20 minutes as usual. not a great feeling. How do I get my time back.

Nice store with a convenient location. I've stopped here many many times for something I need in a rush. It's always easy to find things and I'm always in and out.

It’s supposed to be a FedEx OnSite pickup location, but if employees can’t find a valuable shipment after FedEx tracking shows it was delivered there 24 hours before the customer shows up...
