how is it that a small apt in town, and i'm talking an efficiency, costs MORE to light and heat than a 3 story house across the river, with 6 ppl living in it??? when i asked this question, the woman on the phone laughed. i don't find this funny in the least. the person living in said apt is disabled and is on an extremely fixed income. AND THEY THINK THIS IS AMUSING.

The customer services here is very poor and when they feel you cannot pay your bill - which I have each and every month in full - they'll try to exploit the situation by telling you that your behind in your bill - after you have paid your bill each month in full - they tack on 20 and 30 extra dollars to your bill- each month for being late - when the late fee is only $12 dollars - How is it that the light bill is much more expensive than the gas bill ? This place is a ripp off - don't try to take advantage of someone because you feel like he can't pay his bill - I feel sorry for the people who cannot - Bad business -
